NYSE Euronext, Inc. (formerly NYSE Group, Inc. and Euronext N.V.) is a Euro-American for-profit corporation that operates multiple securities exchanges, most notably New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), Euronext and NYSE Arca (formerly known as ArcaEx).
